AI Sales Agent & Chatbot for WooCommerce – WPCreatix

WPCreatix AI Sales Agent is an AI shopping assistant for WooCommerce that does more than answer support questions. Most chatbots reply from a script or a help doc. This one reads your real product catalog and acts on it: it recommends products you actually sell, adds simple and variable products to the cart, applies existing coupon codes, and hands the shopper a ready checkout link. When a conversation helps close a sale, that order is marked in WooCommerce and counted on your Results page.

The plugin is free and there is no license key. You create a WPCreatix account, paste a one-time connection code, and the assistant goes live on your storefront. New accounts start on a free tier, so you can try it on real traffic before you pay for anything.

What the agent does

• Answers buying questions from your synced catalog. It talks about products you sell, at the prices you charge, and says so when something is out of stock.
• Recommends products that match what the shopper described, shown as product cards in the chat.
• Adds simple and variable products to the WooCommerce cart. For a variation it asks which size or color the shopper wants instead of guessing, and stock is checked when the item is added.
• Applies existing coupon codes, and explains plainly when a code will not work because it expired or the minimum was not met.
• Builds a checkout link so the shopper lands on checkout with the cart already filled.
• Answers live shipping and payment questions from your real store settings rather than a guess.
• Looks up order status for signed-in customers, with ownership checked on our server before anything is shown.

• Catalog sync runs in the background and keeps itself current when you edit a product, change stock, or trash a listing.
• AI-assisted orders get a badge on the WooCommerce orders screen and a summary box on the order edit page. HPOS and cart and checkout blocks are supported.
• Multilingual stores are handled. With WPML or Polylang the agent knows each language’s own product, links to it, and adds that version to the cart. With TranslatePress, Weglot, or GTranslate in subdirectory mode it links shoppers to the translated page, and TranslatePress product names come through translated too.
• The agent replies in the shopper’s language on its own.
• You control the rest from the dashboard: colors and greeting, what the agent is allowed to do, a daily conversation limit, and an instant off switch for each store.
• Page-cache safe. No secret is ever written into your page HTML, so full-page caching and a CDN are fine.

How the service works

The plugin is free. Conversations run on a prepaid credit balance in your WPCreatix account, and one credit covers an entire conversation however long it runs, so nothing meters you per message. When the balance reaches zero the widget hides itself until your credits refresh or you top up. Nothing bills in the background and there is no metered overage. Plan details are on the plans page.

External services

This plugin connects to two services run by WPCreatix.

AI Sales Agent service (agent.wpcreatix.com)

The AI sales agent itself runs on this service. Nothing is sent to it until you paste a connection code from your WPCreatix account and click “Connect store”.

• When you connect: the connection code, your site address and your site title.
• Catalog sync (in the background, and when you edit a product): your published products – name, SKU, description, prices, stock status, link, image links, categories, attributes and variations, rating – plus your store currency and price format.
• Orders the agent helped with: the order number, status, currency, totals and refunds, and an anonymous chat visitor id. No customer names, emails or addresses are sent.
• On your storefront: the chat widget loads from agent.wpcreatix.com in the shopper’s browser, and what shoppers type in the chat goes to the service.
• Chat actions: when a shopper asks the agent to add to cart, apply a coupon or check an order, the result goes back to the service. For an order check by a signed-in customer that is the order number, status, total and date.
• In wp-admin: your plan and credit balance are read from the service to show on the plugin screen.

Disconnecting the store, or deleting the plugin, stops all of this.

Usage data and newsletter (connect.wpcreatix.com, opt-in)

Nothing is sent unless you click one of these buttons. Skip sends nothing.

• Allow (usage data): your site address, your WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, the plugins and themes you use, and rounded usage counts. Sent once a week and when a WPCreatix plugin is activated, updated or removed. Never your content, customers, orders or passwords.
• Subscribe (newsletter): the email you enter, with proof of the signup. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Submit and deactivate (feedback): the reason you pick, your note, and your email only if you tick the box.

On the plugin’s settings page you can see what is sent, turn sharing off, or delete your site’s data at any time.
