How It Works:

WooCommerce Integration:

When WooCommerce is active, the plugin automatically syncs your product catalog including names, prices, categories, descriptions, images, and stock status. The voice agent can answer product questions, recommend items, and take orders.

External Service Notice:

This plugin relies on two Woizer services, operated by Woizer:

• api.woizer.com (your Woizer account). When you connect the site, the plugin sends its published pages and posts, navigation, contact details, opening hours (from Rank Math or Yoast Local SEO, when set), shipping zones and, with WooCommerce, its products as WooCommerce’s Store API lists them, so Woizer can build your AI assistant. When your products or their stock change, it sends the updated product list (in the background, a minute later), and again every six hours. When you edit a page or post, it sends the site’s pages again (five minutes later). When you disconnect, it tells Woizer. Nothing is sent before you connect, and password-protected pages are never sent. After you connect, Woizer may also visit your site’s public pages, the way a visitor would, to learn its navigation and colors.
• api.woizer.com (the lead responder). When someone fills in a form on your site that has a phone number (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms or Ninja Forms), the plugin sends the form’s fields and the page it was sent from, so your assistant can call that person back. Passwords, files, hidden fields and card or ID numbers are never sent. Woizer keeps the form only when you turned on the lead responder’s site forms in your Woizer dashboard; you can also turn sending off in Settings > Woizer Voice AI (“Lead Forms”).

• voice.woizer.com (the voice assistant). On your site’s public pages the plugin loads the Woizer widget script from this service, and a visitor’s conversation with the assistant goes through it once they start one.
