Twitter Tag
v1.0 · by paulmac
Link to a users Twitter page when you include a Twitter @username in a post and tweet the user that they have been tagged.
About this plugin
Include a Twitter @username in your blog post and Twitter Tag will automatically create a link to that users Twitter page and will send a tweet telling them that they’ve been tagged in one of your posts. Twitter Tag uses Tiny URL to include a URL to the blog post in the tweet.

Feedback and requests for new features are welcome. Just leave a comment on the plugin homepage, Twitter Tag or send me a tweet @whatithink.
