Tech Dragon Mail Conduit

Tech Dragon Mail Conduit connects MailPoet’s supported Web Host / PHPMail sending path to WordPress wp_mail(), so the WordPress mail or SMTP plugin already configured on your site can handle the downstream mail path.

The Free version includes the complete functional and safety-critical bridge:

• Routes supported MailPoet mail through WordPress wp_mail().
• Preserves supported message content and headers required by the bridge.
• Protects against recursive re-entry.
• Handles recipient-specific and broader send failures safely.
• Applies compatibility safeguards and fails closed when the required MailPoet integration path cannot be used safely.

What Tech Dragon Mail Conduit is not

Tech Dragon Mail Conduit is not an SMTP service and does not replace your existing WordPress mail or SMTP plugin. It does not store or configure your SMTP credentials, manage SPF/DKIM/DNS authentication, manage sender reputation, or guarantee provider acceptance, email delivery, or inbox placement.

Requirements and tested compatibility

Tech Dragon Mail Conduit 1.1.1 requires WordPress 7.1 or later and PHP 8.2 or later. WordPress compatibility is tested through WordPress 7.1.3, and PHP compatibility is tested through PHP 8.4.

The officially tested MailPoet versions for Tech Dragon Mail Conduit 1.1.1 are 5.38.0 through 5.40.0 inclusive, plus 5.43.0. Intermediate releases 5.41.x and 5.42.x are not automatically classified as tested. Other versions may still pass the structural compatibility safeguards without being considered officially tested.
