SourTweet
v1.0 · by sourcloud
This plugin adds the twitter share button to each post. That is all. No extra crap.
About this plugin
Lightweight twitter share button for every post.
This plugin does one thing, and that thing is to add the twitter share button to the end of each of your posts. This change happens on the fly, so if you deactivate or uninstall this plugin, the feature goes away.
Uses post title + permalink.
