Estimate sloped roof area from supplied plan dimensions and pitch. Add a separate row for each rectangular section.

Labelled keyboard controls, isolated repeat instances and a responsive layout inherit your site’s font and text colour. Download a plain-text summary or use Print summary. No account, API, analytics, cookies, lead capture or visitor-data storage. All inputs stay in the current page until you download them. The tool sends nothing to a provider.
Plan area is length × width. Sloped area is plan area ÷ cos(pitch). The allowance is applied once to the total sloped area. This rectangular approximation excludes complex shapes, overlaps, ridges and penetrations; it is not a material order, quote or structural assessment. Use dimensions and pitch from existing plans or a professional; no access to a roof is needed to use this tool.
