ORYKSA AI Employees

ORYKSA AI Employees puts your ORYKSA AI employee on your WordPress website. It is the same AI that answers your customers on WhatsApp and Telegram, now also on your site.

• Connect in one click. Click Connect to ORYKSA, sign in and approve. No code to copy.
• Your AI, your name and photo. The chat shows the name and the photo you chose for your AI in ORYKSA. Change them in ORYKSA and every site updates on the next visit.
• Learns your website. Sends your published pages, posts and WooCommerce products to ORYKSA, so the AI answers with your real prices, services and policies. Updates once a day and when you publish or edit content.
• Helps shoppers buy (WooCommerce). The AI recommends products, opens the product page, adds the right product to the cart and takes the shopper to checkout.
• Every conversation in your ORYKSA dashboard. Read the chats in Activity and reply live; the AI pauses while you talk. You get an alert when a shopper buys after talking to the chat.
• Any language. The AI answers each visitor in their own language, by text or voice.

An ORYKSA account is needed. The free plan includes the website chat. Each AI reply counts as one interaction of your ORYKSA plan.

External services

This plugin connects to ORYKSA (https://oryksa.com), a service by W8 Atlantic Unipessoal Lda, to show the chat and to answer visitors.

• Chat script: on every page of the website the plugin loads https://app.oryksa.com/static/oryksa-widget.js. Visitor messages written in the chat are sent to ORYKSA to be answered and are shown to the site owner in the ORYKSA dashboard.
• Connect to ORYKSA: when the admin clicks Connect to ORYKSA, the browser opens https://auth.oryksa.com with the site address. After approval the plugin receives the site’s chat code from https://app.oryksa.com.
• Learn from my website (optional, on by default after connecting, can be turned off): the titles, addresses and text of published pages, posts and WooCommerce products (with price, stock and product ids) are sent to https://app.oryksa.com once a day and after content changes.
• Sales (WooCommerce): when a paid order comes from a shopper who used the chat, the order number, total, currency and product names are sent to ORYKSA so the owner gets a sale alert. No payment data and no customer address is sent.
