Novera Smart Chat – Floating Chat Button, Click to Chat & Analytics

Novera Smart Chat adds a floating WhatsApp button to every page of your site. Visitors tap it and start a WhatsApp chat with you, with the page they were looking at already written in the message.

Unlike most WhatsApp chat buttons, it also tells you which pages, campaigns and devices bring you WhatsApp conversations, and it can fire your Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and GA4 conversion events on every click.

Privacy

• All statistics stay in your own WordPress database, nothing is sent to Novera Media
• Visitor IP addresses are never stored, only a one-way hash used to block click flooding
• The plugin sets no cookies
• All data is removed when you delete the plugin
