Ni WooCommerce Invoice – PDF Invoices for WooCommerce Orders

Ni WooCommerce Invoice creates clean, professional PDF invoices for WooCommerce orders in one click. Open the order list, find the order and click the PDF icon to download its invoice.

Add your store logo, an authorised signature and your brand color, choose sequential invoice numbers with a prefix and suffix such as INV-0001/2026, and add footer notes like bank details, a thank-you message or your GST / VAT number. Every invoice shows billing and shipping addresses, products with SKU and variation details, discounts, fees, shipping, tax, refunds and the order total.

The plugin is free, works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and runs on PHP 7.4 to 8.2.

• Fixed invoice number and date – saved on the order the first time, so re-downloading always shows the same invoice.
