• When a visitor submits a form with the integration enabled, the plugin sends the form title, the form’s field labels and values, your Leaf CRM token and your website name.
• When you save the plugin settings, the plugin sends your Leaf CRM subdomain and token, your website name, your site URL, your site language and which integrations are enabled.
• When you activate or deactivate the plugin, the plugin sends your Leaf CRM token and your site URL.
