About this plugin

KeyOne-Connect links your WooCommerce store to the KeyOne marketplace and adds an optional one-click KeyOne fast checkout. Turn on only what you need.

Marketplace sync keeps your catalog and stock aligned with KeyOne. Product and stock updates sync automatically, marketplace orders flow into your store as native WooCommerce orders, and stock stays accurate whether a sale happens on your store or on the marketplace.

Fast checkout adds a one-click KeyOne button to your cart and checkout. It auto-fills validated addresses and applies voucher codes for a faster, more reliable guest checkout.

Features:

Two-way marketplace sync: push products and stock to KeyOne, and receive marketplace orders into WooCommerce.

Automatic catalog and stock updates on product save, plus a manual “Re-sync all products” option.

Optional one-click KeyOne fast checkout on the cart and checkout pages.

Auto-fills validated billing and shipping addresses and applies voucher codes.

Fully compatible with both classic and Gutenberg WooCommerce blocks.

Lightweight and easy to configure.

External Services

This plugin connects to KeyOne’s external API to fetch user details for checkout autofill functionality. This inclusion helps customers to quickly complete the checkout process.

Service Used: KeyOne Checkout API
Purpose: Automatically fill in billing and shipping details at checkout
Data Sent:
– The current website’s origin (URL)
– Authentication tokens (JWT)

Data Received:
– User checkout data from KeyOne account (billing/shipping address and personal details)

When is Data Sent?
– When a customer clicks the “KeyOne Fast Checkout” button, a new browser window opens and a request is made to https://checkout.keyone.me/shop-login with the website origin.
– Later, when user enters their login details, they are transmitted to the KeyOne login API.
– A JWT token is generated and sent to authenticate the future requests and checkout information is sent in subsequent requests.

Service Used: KeyOne Marketplace Sync API (active only when “Enable marketplace sync” is turned on)
Purpose: Keep your catalog and stock in sync with the KeyOne marketplace, and receive marketplace orders into WooCommerce
Host / Endpoints: The KeyOne marketplace base URL is built into the plugin. Outbound requests go to its /keyone/catalog/v1/products, /keyone/catalog/v1/sync, and /keyone/catalog/v1/remove paths. The plugin also exposes inbound REST routes under /wp-json/keyone/v1/ (stock, orders, ping) that the marketplace calls.

Data Sent (outbound, from WooCommerce to KeyOne):
– Product data for published products: title, description, categories, image URLs, specifications, and per variant SKU, price, currency, stock quantity, weight, dimensions, and global unique identifier (GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN) when set
– Updated stock levels when a product or its stock changes
– Deactivation requests (product SKUs) when a product is unpublished, trashed, or deleted
– An authentication token (JWT) and your KeyOne company identifier

Data Received (inbound, from KeyOne to WooCommerce):
– Stock lookups: the marketplace requests current stock for a set of SKUs before it authorizes a marketplace payment
– Marketplace orders: order id, line items (SKU, quantity, unit price), currency, and billing, shipping, and customer details, which the plugin records as native WooCommerce orders

When is Data Sent?
– Outbound: when a published product is created or updated, when its stock changes, when it is unpublished, trashed, or deleted, and in batches on first connect or when you click “Re-sync all products”
– Inbound: when a shopper checks out on the KeyOne marketplace, the marketplace calls your store to verify stock and to create the resulting order. These inbound requests are authenticated with a JWT signed using your KeyOne API key.

Service Used: KeyOne plugin health check
Purpose: Report basic plugin status to KeyOne for support and compatibility
Data Sent: Plugin status, your KeyOne API identifier, shop environment (WooCommerce version), and plugin version, sent once daily while the plugin is enabled.
