Itmaroon Social Post Sync
v3.0.0 · by Isamu Takeda
Create WordPress articles using a simple form, publish to X, Facebook, Instagram and LINE, and import social posts and LINE feedback.
About this plugin
Create and edit WordPress articles with a simple form, publish to X, Facebook, Instagram and LINE, and import social posts or LINE feedback. Administrators select post types and map form inputs to supported fields or content blocks.
X/Meta connections, social-post retrieval and Facebook/Instagram image posting use the author-operated shared relay. AWS provides media preparation, conversion and background X/Instagram video posting. Shared access is currently free but requires website approval and has monthly limits.
WordPress editing/saving and direct LINE delivery using your own LINE Official Account remain available without shared-service approval. LINE credentials remain on your website.

Administrators consent when applying for a service or connecting an account. Unregistered websites are not automatically enrolled. For already connected/registered websites, plugin administration screens and shared operations send signed status requests. Suspension blocks shared X/Facebook/Instagram posting, retrieval and deletion, retaining saved credentials and local articles. WordPress editing and direct LINE delivery remain available. New AWS conversion requires media approval; otherwise supply a LINE-compatible MP4 with a preview image. Unchanged cached conversions can be reused.
Applications send the website URL, callback URL, requested services, an optional note and an application authentication key to the relay after consent; ownership is verified. Application keys are encrypted at rest and cannot authorize SNS or AWS access. The operator retains notes until application data is removed and can clear review history separately. Usage counters retain the current and previous two months. Relay posting results (operation, state, SNS post ID and timestamp) remain for seven days to recover interrupted replies. Reading a result consumes no new posting unit. Monthly limits are described in the FAQ.
- Shared relay: https://itmaroon.net/relay-server/ authorizes X/Meta, retrieves social posts and publishes Facebook/Instagram images. Signed requests carry site/account identifiers, the provider authorization response and credentials, text or media URLs needed for the requested operation. OAuth delivery retries may temporarily retain tokens until successful delivery or expiry. Posting credentials are used in memory; usage records contain request IDs, hashes and counters, not credentials or post content. AWS admission also sends signed site/operation identifiers here to enforce allowances.
- AWS: https://9kwdcbx0xa.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com is the bundled backend. S3, Lambda, Step Functions and DynamoDB prepare/convert media, report job status and perform background X/Instagram video delivery. Requests include site/post identifiers, text, media/URLs and required SNS credentials. LINE credentials are never sent to AWS. Backend resources are provisioned by the operator, not by plugin installation.
- X: X account, post and media APIs use the connected app/account. Charges and provider limits follow that app’s billing configuration. Documentation: https://developer.x.com/
- Meta: Facebook and Instagram sign-in, account, page, post and media operations use Meta Graph APIs under the connected app/account. Documentation: https://developers.facebook.com/
- LINE: https://api.line.me/ verifies the account and receives direct delivery requests containing recipients and message text/media URLs with your channel token. LINE sends events to your website webhook, verified with your local channel secret. LINE credentials and received messages are stored on your website. Documentation: https://developers.line.biz/
JavaScript/CSS are bundled locally; external APIs do not supply executable plugin code. Shared-service approval, provider charges and limits are separate. Installing the plugin grants no automatic service approval.
