About this plugin

Hookniva Workflow Monitor for WooCommerce helps diagnose failed Action Scheduler jobs, scheduled actions that have remained pending for more than 24 hours, and paused or disabled WooCommerce webhooks.

If you are investigating WooCommerce’s “past-due actions found; something may be wrong” warning, recurring background-job failures, or webhook problems, Hookniva gives you a read-only health summary, plain-language impact guidance, and direct links to the relevant WooCommerce troubleshooting screens.

Automatic checks run about every 12 hours and can email newly detected priority issues.

What Hookniva checks

  • Failed Action Scheduler jobs from the last 7 days
  • Pending scheduled actions that have been waiting for more than 24 hours
  • Paused or disabled WooCommerce webhooks
  • Health score based on currently detected issues
  • Plain-language impact and recommended next-step guidance
  • New and resolved issue tracking
  • Automatic checks about every 12 hours
  • Email alerts for newly detected priority issues
  • Ignore and restore controls
  • A 35-day local monitoring history
  • Korean and English dashboard views
  • Direct links to WooCommerce Scheduled Actions and webhook screens
  • WordPress cron and server-cron diagnostic information

Read-only by design

Hookniva Workflow Monitor reports and explains problems without automatically changing store data. It does not retry jobs, reactivate webhooks, modify cron settings, edit orders, or change WooCommerce configuration.

Privacy

Hookniva Workflow Monitor stores its settings, scan results, issue history, ignored-issue list, and alert email address in the local WordPress database. It does not transmit diagnostic data to a Hookniva Workflow Monitor server.

When email alerts are enabled, WordPress sends the alert through the site’s configured mail system.
