Edroz Libro de Reclamaciones lets businesses in Peru implement a digital libro de reclamaciones directly in WordPress without depending on Elementor or WooCommerce. If the administrator chooses to import records into Reclamos Fácil, the plugin connects to that service to transfer the selected records.

Privacy

The plugin does not include telemetry. Data submitted through the public form is stored in a dedicated WordPress database table. If an administrator explicitly starts an import to Reclamos Fácil, the plugin sends the records included in that import to the service using a temporary code. For basic auditing, IP addresses and user agents are stored as hashes rather than their original values.

Attachments are stored with randomized filenames and restricted to PDF, JPG, and PNG files. Administrative access is provided through a controlled WordPress download endpoint. Direct directory protection depends on the web server configuration.
