EasySecure Data Import/Export for WooCommerce allows store owners to import and export:

Import:

Imports orders, customers and subscriptions from CSV or XLSX files, in the background, with a progress bar.
Can update existing records. A file only changes the columns it contains, and importing the same file twice never creates duplicate orders.
Handles multi-item orders with shipping, fees, tax, discounts and the file’s own totals.
Reads files as Excel saves them: Day-first or Month-first dates, currency amounts like ₹1,299.00, semicolon or tab separators, older encodings and loose column names.
Sends no customer emails and leaves stock alone, unless the “Send WooCommerce emails” box is ticked.
Keeps customers’ existing passwords when moving from another store.

Export:

Exports orders, customers and subscriptions to CSV or XLSX, in the background, 250 rows at a time, so large stores work.
Order exports can be filtered by status and date.
An optional setting includes guest buyers in the customer export.

Jobs and safety:

A Jobs tab lists every import and export, shows the failed rows with a CSV download, and lets you delete old jobs.
Several jobs take turns, so a small job is never stuck behind a large one.
Export files can only be downloaded by signed-in staff. They are deleted after 7 days.
Exported files are protected against spreadsheet formula attacks.
Imports can never create or change administrator or staff accounts.
