Connector for Propstack connects your Propstack real estate CRM directly to your WordPress website.

Your objects are imported into the WordPress database via the official Propstack API and displayed as regular WordPress content: a list, a filter and a detail page for every object – under your own domain, in the design of your own theme.

No iFrame is used. Every object gets its own URL, its own title tag and its own meta-description, so Google indexes your listings as your content, not somebody else’s.

There is nothing to prepare on your hosting. Install the plugin, enter your Propstack API key and start the import — the setup wizard guides you through it in a few minutes.

Advantages over iFrame embeds and the OpenImmo format

An embedded iFrame is quick to set up, but its content belongs to the source domain – your objects will never rank in Google under your own address. An OpenImmo export needs FTP credentials and a writable directory on your server, and it only transfers what the standard covers.

This plugin uses the Propstack API instead. A read-only API key is all you need: no FTP access, no export portal, no server configuration – and considerably more data fields than the OpenImmo standard provides.

Who builds this plugin

Connector for Propstack is developed by laOlaWeb, a WordPress agency based in Leipzig, Germany. We also build complete websites for real estate agents, including the Propstack integration.

External services

This plugin connects to the Propstack API at www.propstack.de to retrieve the objects of your personal account.

• What is sent: the API key you entered is sent in the “X-API-KEY” header of every request to the Propstack API at api.propstack.de, together with the parameters of the request (e.g. language, page, filter for the objects to import). No data about the visitors of your website is sent.
• When it is sent: when you validate the API key during the setup, when you start an import manually, during the automatic imports via WP-Cron (if enabled) and when you run an import via WP-CLI.
• Downloaded files: images and files of your objects and brokers are downloaded from the URLs contained in the API response (usually images.propstack.de, but also other public HTTPS hosts referenced by Propstack). Only HTTPS-URLs are accepted. Developers can restrict the allowed hosts with the filter “cfprop_allowed_file_hosts”.
