About this plugin
Basra Customer Chat loads the workspace-specific customer chat widget on public pages. Site administrators can enable or disable the widget and securely configure the public widget key through WordPress Settings.
Privacy
This plugin connects visitors’ browsers to the external Basra Customer Chat service at https://bumblebee.mycrew.club when the widget is enabled. That service may process chat messages, technical request data, and contact details that visitors choose to submit so the site owner can provide customer service. No data is sent by this plugin when the widget is disabled or has no widget key.
The plugin adds suggested disclosure text to WordPress’s Privacy Policy Guide. Site owners remain responsible for describing their configured retention and uses.
