Atomic Addons is an Elementor addons plugin for WordPress with 162 widgets, 22 design extensions, a built-in MCP server for AI agents and, in Atomic Addons Pro, a Theme Builder and a WooCommerce shop builder. Build business and service websites, landing pages and portfolios with the free plugin, and blogs and online stores with Pro, all inside the Elementor editor. The free plugin includes 78 widgets, five extensions, four workflow tools, the Assets Optimizer and every AI feature.

No drag and drop needed: describe a page in one prompt and a connected AI agent such as Claude, Cursor, Codex or Elementor’s Angie creates it as a draft and builds the complete layout in one call, in your site’s colors and fonts. Repeat for every page your website needs; headers, footers and menus stay yours to design. Every page it builds is a normal Elementor layout that stays editable, and the tools tell the agent to create drafts unless you ask it to publish.

Atomic Addons Pro is a separate premium upgrade. Pro widgets, the Theme Builder, Dynamic Tags, Display Conditions, the Mega Menu Builder and all WooCommerce tools are not in the free download; everything marked Pro below needs it.

AI Agents Build Your Elementor Pages Through MCP

Atomic Addons ships its own MCP server, so Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, VS Code or any other MCP client can work on your site directly. Elementor’s Angie can use these tools inside the editor without an external client or configuration file.

One prompt, a complete page

Ask for “a landing page for our consulting service with a hero, three feature boxes, client logos and a call to action, in our site colors” and the tools guide the agent through this workflow:

• It reads your Elementor kit’s colors, fonts and spacing instead of using hardcoded values.
• It checks which widgets are switched on and fetches each one’s exact settings schema, including Atomic Addons widgets such as Featured Box, Flip Box and Accordion.
• It creates the page as a draft, builds the complete layout in a single call, regenerates the CSS and hands you the Elementor edit link.

Open the result in Elementor and keep editing. Pro widgets become available to the agent once Atomic Addons Pro is active, and WooCommerce widgets once WooCommerce is active too. Headers, footers, navigation menus, Theme Builder and WooCommerce templates, display conditions, products and media uploads stay in your hands.

• Page builder (12): build a complete layout, insert, update, move or remove elements, read a post’s structure, list widget types and schemas, regenerate CSS and undo the last change.
• Page management (6): create, list, trash, restore, publish or unpublish pages and posts, and update their title, page template or featured image.
• Widget management (6): list, activate, deactivate or bulk toggle widgets, extensions and features, see where each widget is used and deactivate unused ones.

Set up in three steps

Open Atomic Addons > AI, enable MCP access, choose Read only or Read & write, and turn on agent access. Pick your client and the screen generates a setup prompt to paste into it or shows the manual configuration; a test prompt confirms the connection.

You stay in control

• Everything is off by default and starts read-only; write abilities are not even registered until you choose Read & write.
• You choose exactly which abilities clients may call; each is labeled Read, Write or Destructive.
• Each connection gets its own WordPress application password; the Turn off agent access button revokes them all.
• Agents act as the connected WordPress user: building and listing pages needs edit rights; creating, trashing or updating pages, managing widgets and changing settings needs an administrator.
• Abilities are served only through the plugin’s own MCP endpoint and Angie, never through WordPress core’s abilities endpoint or a shared MCP server.
• Trashed pages can be restored, each builder save keeps a one-level undo, and a page with content that was not built with Elementor is never overwritten.
• No AI model or credits are included and the plugin itself never sends your content to an AI service; the client you connect does that.

AI features need WordPress 6.9. External MCP clients also need an MCP Adapter (the MCP Adapter plugin, or the copy some plugins bundle) and application passwords (HTTPS or a local site); Angie needs only the Angie plugin.

Performance Controls

The free Assets Optimizer, on by default, loads widget assets only where used and only the parts of the shared stylesheets each page needs, with optional combine and minify. Switch off any widget or extension you do not use, or, with Read & write access, let a connected AI agent find and deactivate unused ones. These controls reduce what a page loads but do not guarantee a particular speed score; hosting, images, themes and other scripts matter too.
